Central Wyoming fishing is excellent on many fronts. Miracle Mile report is good fishing with midges, leaches, worms and eggs. Streamers are good especially down low and the walleye bite is good in Pathfinder Reservoir. Lots of different watercraft from pontoon boats to high dollar walleye rigs loaded with electronics wagon training to Pathfinder in the mornings. Fremont Canyon is fishing excellent with nymph rigs and midge stuff. Calm conditions will have surface feeders. Grey Reef is also lights out fishing and nymphs rigs pulling kitchen patrol for the troops. Streamers have been seeing little attention recently on the Grey Reef section of the North Platte River. It is breezy in Alcova today and Casper is experiencing the same. Tomorrow looks breezy and Monday looks amazing. We have some midweek cottage availability and guides are also available. North Platte Lodge has a couple excellent options for a late April fishing stay.
