Central Wyoming Fly Fishing nothing short of stellar. Grey Reef water flows bumped to 700cfs this AM and  Miracle Mile water flows at 5000cfs. The sections of the North Platte River elbow the true Grey Reef Section have become cloudy with the increase in flows. Below Government Bridge is fishable but green and the Narrows is tan with some floating goop.
