Wow! What a day yesterday! Several large browns were caught on everything from streamers, nymphs and Trico’s. With the flows currently stable and the moon phase perfect, I expect a few more big trout will be taken in the next few days. From the reports that I have received from the Miracle Mile, it looks like the golden stones are all but done. The nymphing should remain solid though. Don’t forget that they will drop the river to 500 cfs sometime this week to electroshock. Wade fishing pressure has been very light below the dam at Grey Reef since the flows have increased. With the proper use of a wading staff most areas can still be reached. You will have to add a bit more weight and run a little deeper with your nymph rigs. Rs2’s and Mayhems are still producing with regularity. This is the week to be here!
