Grey Reef Fishing Report

Day 3 of the Grey Reef, North Platte River flush is finishing up and the river is looking good!!!  It’s pretty amazing as to how much silt/sediment has been removed from upper Grey Reef, being just a couple of days into the flush.  7 more and we should be good to go!  We put boats on yesterday around noon and floated Grey Reef to Lusby.  Nymph fishing was silly!  A pine squirrel leech was key, along with a crawdizzle and deep purple.  The streamer bite was pretty slow, we managed to pick up a few on a tan dungeon, sparkle minnow and/or yuk-bug.  We had to really slow strip the bug to get em to eat.
