Grey Reef/Fremont Canyon/Miracle Mile Fishing Report

Let’s start with a quick flows update; Grey Reef is at 2,200cfs, Fremont Canyon 1,500cfs and the Mile got a little bump and is now hovering around 1,000cfs. Upper Grey Reef is in very good shape and mostly clear, the lower(downstream of Sechrist) on the other hand is off colored. Sallies, PMDs, tricos and caddis are the current hatches. Depending on the day we are seeing a decent number of fish coming up on tricos in the morning. Other than that it’s largely a nymphing and streamer program for the time being.

The shop will no longer be selling fishing licenses, so please make sure to have it before you get here.

There have been positive, substantial changes made to our North Platte fishing regs. Make sure you’re up to speed.
