As I start to write this report the snow flakes are starting to fly. Fortunately, last nights rain and this mornings snow has not had a negative impact on the water conditions around upper Grey Reef. We currently have very fishable conditions on the upper and all of our guide boats/guests had awesome fishing. The streamer bite was consistent with the small bugs- i.e. black peacock bugger, ice minnow, mini goldie. Nymphing was borderline ridiculous using leeches, san juan’s, crawdizzle’s, and RS2 foam wings. We had three guests manage brown trout over 20″ with the biggest hitting the 23″ mark.
