So we finally got some serious wind back in Central Wyoming…it blew at least 50mph yesterday afternoon. We ended up canceling a few trips yesterday…but our few boats that went out managed pretty decent fishing. We have been catching fish on a little bit of everything on Grey Reef. Caddis, baetis, pmds, midges, leeches and worms. The guys are still fishing pretty short and light(4-6ft, 1B-2BB), as the fish are concentrated in the softer edges and seams. As for Fremont, it is fishing well, but the flows are up. Please use caution wading Fremont and Cardwell access. We are also starting to pick up a lot of fish on golden stone patterns at the Mile…we are only a month or so out from the hatch.
