So the lowering of Grey Reef Reservoir ended up do what we thought it would-blow the river out!!  It happened sometime around 3am this morning and since then Grey Reef has virtually zero visibility and it is making its way downstream towards Casper.  It is intended to end tomorrow at 5pm but as we all know and understand, this could change.  Our inside source tells us that at 5pm tomorrow, they will begin filling the reservoir, preparing for the flush.
