Our guide boats had a stellar day yesterday. PMD patterns like the Poxy Back, Blondie and CDC RS2 all produced good numbers of trout. Others did well on a Pine Squirrel Leech / Reef Worm combo as well. The flows on Grey Reef got bumped again last night to 800 cfs and are expected to stay there through the weekend. The Miracle Mile is now at 6350 cfs and is expected to rise throughout the weekend. I would think clarity and floating debris will be an issue if the flows continue to rise. Fremont Canyon was on fire yesterday and good top water action was had by the lucky few that were there. Cooler weather in the 60’s is forecast for the weekend with a slight chance of showers and light winds. It should be a buggy, productive weekend!
