As of 12:26p.m.-Fly Shop Creek, flowing into Grey Reef Reservoir is experiencing moderate runoff, off-colored conditions at Government Bridge on Grey Reef, Grey Reef is NOT float-able to Sechrist-still iced over in sections.  We will keep you posted as conditions on Grey Reef section of the North Platte River, Wyoming change.
