Officially Fall


Grey Reef is is now at 500cfs. Conditions are good! The upper, per usual, has vegetation growth but the water is clear. Standard for this time of year, there’s less vegetation the lower down you go and the fishing is picking up tempo. Our guides are starting to see a few more fish on top but it has yet to hit that “next level”. Maybe this is the week…

Current fishing and conditions:

GREY REEF: 500cfs. Clear to Glenrock. 3-6ft, indicator to split shot, 1 BB-3 AB. Leeches(natural,brown or olive), UV leeches, San Juans, zirdles, Pat’s rubber legs, black foam-wing RS2, spanish perdigon, birds nest, purple rooster, GS trico spinner and elk hair caddis.

FREMONT CANYON: 75cfs. Mostly off colored. 4-7ft, indicator to split shot, 1-3 AB. Leeches(natural, brown or black), cased caddis, birds nest, foam-wing RS2, all day may and FB pheasant tails.

MIRACLE MILE: 530cfs. Mostly clear. 4-7ft, indicator to split shot, 1-3 AB. Leeches(natural, brown or black), HH leech, san juan(red or wine), Pat’s rubber legs, cased caddis, electric caddis and cdc pheasant tails.
