Well folks, Grey Reef got its first bump in flows last night around 2 a.m., and we are now sitting at 700 cfs. We already had one guide boat report back, and from the sounds of it, water conditions are still pretty darn good. There’s a little bit of color, but that’s about it, and we expect that to settle as flows stabilize. We are projecting another bump to happen this coming Monday (6/15), with flows expected to settle at 1,000 cfs. This is a great flow! It should set us up for some really fun fishing for the foreseeable future. Tricos, Sallies, PMDs, PEDs, and even a few Pseudos have been popping daily. Again, if you’re headed this way, bring the quiver. Nymphs, dries, and streamers are all in play!
The shop will no longer be selling fishing licenses, so please make sure to have it before you get here.
There have been positive, substantial changes made to our North Platte fishing regs. Make sure you’re up to speed.
