The fishing has been on fire this weekend! Our guides said that Friday was the best day of fishing they have had this year! The fish have really been keying in on bugs lately. Our ALL DAY MAY in olive and black, RS2 in grey and olive, and the Reef’s PULSATING EMERGER in olive have been producing a lot of fish. A REEF WORM or DEEP PURPLE have been our go-to as a point fly. Try letting your flies swing out after your drift with the pulsating emerger as your trailer fly, you’ll get a good number of fish as that emerger moves up through the water column. Fremont has also been fishing great, especially in the evening with dry flies followed with a midge or baetis dropper. Nothing like catching big fish on a dry! We are supposed to get some rain this upcoming week which will really make the baetis hatch great. With great conditions and great fishing now is the time to get up here!
