Looks like the storm has passed. Although we are still under heavy cloud cover here in Alcova, WY-weather reports show sunny conditions on the forecast. We had two solid days of rain/snow here in Central Wyoming, which should green things up quite nicely. Shockingly, all of that rain/snow had very little impact on upper Gray Reef. The water conditions are excellent from the Dam to Government Bridge. Water temps are hovering around the mid 40s and we have been seeing some awesome BWO hatches, daily. Our Grey Reef guides have been fishing a little longer, heavier in the mornings(6-8ft, 1-2BB) with leeches, annelids, egg patterns and scuds. But once the bugs start popping around lunch a short, light, mini rig with two emerger patterns has been the ticket!!!!
